Severe flooding has devastated parts of Western Australia, causing massive damage and injuring and displacing many animals. But, as floodwaters subside, the true extent of the damage will be revealed, and more help will be needed.
Thanks to support from caring people like you, IFAW is helping wildlife groups and rescue teams in the region, ensuring affected wildlife receive the urgent care they so desperately need.
Your gift could make a huge impact on wildlife in need and could cover critical costs, such as:
- £25 could cover the costs of specialised milk formula to help feed flood-affected orphaned wildlife for one day.
- £45 could pay for food for kangaroos in care for one day.
- £130 could support the rescue teams to deploy to help stranded, injured or distressed wildlife for two days.
- £200 could provide lifesaving medical supplies for four days. For some animals, this could be the difference between life and death.
