IFAW Photographic Prints are limited edition. That means when the edition of 750 of a particular piece is sold out, that piece is no longer available.

Prints are shipped from Atlanta, Georgia and printed in the United States.

How are the prints shipped?
IFAW Prints are shipped via UPS Ground shipping.

How long will it take for my print to arrive?
Orders placed before December 15 will arrive by December 25. Orders placed after December 15 are not guaranteed arrival by December 25th and will arrive 2 - 5 business days after purchase.

How do I track my print in shipping?
When your print order ships you will receive an email with a tracking code that can be used to track your order in transit.

Do you ship internationally?
No.

How do you pack the prints?
Prints are hand packed by humans wearing gloves in a shipping container along with a poem from the artist on a 5"x7" card and a packing slip. Tissue paper is used to protect the face of the print.

What are the prints shipped in?
Prints order of 2 or less are shipped in a single white 11" x 2" sealed cardboard tube. Print orders of 6 prints are shipped in a 11" x 3” tube.

What if a print gets damaged during shipping?
Take a picture of the damaged print and send an email to the address "emailsuppport@ifaw.org" to request a return authorization. Following a return authorization, use the enclosed packing slip to return the prints. The damaged prints will be destroyed and replaced.
